PROAV - Strategic Project for Audiovisual Development - is a regional development model for audiovisual, coordinated by André Martinez and published in the book Audiovisual Democracy.

 

The study was designed with the objective of proposing possible strategies for the growth of the sector, uniting the efforts of the public authorities, the economic agents of the segment and civil society, under guidelines that consider ethical themes such as cultural diversity and the democratization of cultural capital.
